During your tour you will see and explore why we are known as a top Wedding and
Event Venue, located in Winchester, Ky, in the Lexington/Central Kentucky area.
 

We welcome the opportunity to present all we offer; our divine indoor spaces in the main
barn showcase 5000 square feet on the main floor opens into a separate buffet serving
area, coffee and drink bar, prep kitchen and restrooms— Completely handicap accessible,
on the second floor a brides suite, grooms suite, large lounge area— That all looks right
over into the main barn reception area—magnificent view!!!
 

Our second indoor space—The Carriage House, opens Spring 2026. Our Carriage
House is 1800 square foot inside and outside the Pergola Patio is another 2500 square
foot of Elegant outdoor space (this patio is our favorite place on the farm).

The Carriage House and Pergola Patio are both perfect for Cocktail hour, rehearsal
dinners, birthday parties, baby showers or small to medium size gatherings.
Outdoor Ceremony Areas— We have two great areas for ceremonies,
**Paddock Garden— A Lovely private space under the canopy or trees, a row of mature
trees outline each side of the aisle way—The Perfect path to a union full of dreams for our
couples.
**Bluegrass Courtyard— The Courtyard is on the front lawn, is more of a glamourous/
formal courtyard, it is very inviting and exquisite. If You dream of a carriage or a
limousine arrival, this area is ideal, or a simple stroll into the courtyard on the arm of your
escort.
