During your tour you will see and explore why we are known as a top Wedding and Event Venue, located in Winchester, KY, in the Lexington/Central Kentucky area.
We welcome the opportunity to present all we offer; our divine indoor spaces in the main barn showcase 5,000 square feet on the main floor that opens into a separate buffet serving area, coffee and drink bar, prep kitchen, and restrooms – completely handicap accessible. On the second floor, a bride’s suite, groom’s suite, and large lounge area look right over into the main barn reception area – magnificent view!
Our second indoor space, The Carriage House, opens Spring 2026. The Carriage House is 1,800 square feet inside, and outside the Pergola Patio adds another 2,500 square feet of elegant outdoor space (this patio is our favorite place on the farm).
The Carriage House and Pergola Patio are both perfect for cocktail hour, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, baby showers, or small to medium size gatherings.
We also have two great outdoor ceremony areas: the Paddock Garden, a lovely private space under the canopy of trees with a row of mature trees outlining each side of the aisle way; and the Bluegrass Courtyard, a glamorous, formal courtyard on the front lawn – ideal for a carriage or limousine arrival, or a simple stroll on the arm of your escort.
